Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-11
This policy explains what personal information Timeworthy collects through timeworthy.com, why, where it goes, and the choices you have. "Timeworthy", "we" and "us" mean Timeworthy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@timeworthy.com.
The short version
- We collect only what you give us when you contact us, request a wellness date, or buy something, plus the basic technical information every website receives.
- We use it to reply to you, arrange what you asked for, take payment and keep business records.
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email, company (optional), the topic, and your message. We use it to reply to you. The form sends your message to our team by email and records it in our internal customer management system; the website itself doesn't keep a copy.
When you request a wellness date
The request form asks for the package, your preferred dates, the location, group size, your name, email and company (optional). Your details are used only to arrange your experience. The form sends your request to our wellness team by email and records it in our internal customer management system, marked so it is used only for that and never for marketing; the website itself doesn't keep a copy.
When you buy something
Checkout and payment pages are run by Stripe, our payment processor, on Stripe's own website. Stripe collects your name, email, payment details (card or bank account) and, when needed, your billing address, and handles them under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive and keep a record of each completed order: your name and email, what you bought, the amount, how you paid (card or bank transfer), the related Stripe reference numbers, and whether a partner referred you. We use these records to provide what you bought, keep accounts, handle refunds and disputes, and pay the partners who refer customers to us.
When a partner refers you
If you arrive through a partner's link, we store that partner's code in a small cookie on your device for 90 days and attach it to any order you place, so we know which partner to credit. The code identifies the partner, not you. It is the only cookie this site sets, and only when you follow a partner's link.
Information every visit creates
Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details of each visit: your IP address, the page requested (including any link codes in the address), the time, the referring page and your browser type. We use these to keep the site running and secure, including blocking abusive traffic. These records are kept for 90 days.
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts on this site.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run this site and our business, and only for that purpose:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, email delivery and storage of our records.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Microsoft: our business email, where your messages and order notices arrive.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, or when it's needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Our internal records
Inquiry and customer records are kept in our internal customer management system, so we can look after your relationship with us and the services you buy. They're accessible only to our team, and they're encrypted at rest. Information from the wellness request form is used only to arrange your experience, never for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Messages, wellness requests and customer records: as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
- Order records: as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
- Visit records: 90 days.
- The partner cookie: 90 days on your device, or until you clear it.
When we delete or anonymize records, at your request or when we no longer need them, copies stay in our encrypted backups for up to 35 days and are then permanently removed. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policy.
Where it's stored
Our website and records are hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
How we protect it
Information travels over encrypted connections, and our stored records are encrypted. Access is limited to the systems and people that need it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@timeworthy.com from the address you used with us, or tell us which address it was. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
You can delete the partner cookie at any time through your browser settings.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@timeworthy.com and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
